Ci-dessous sont répertoriés les cas de projets de bonnes pratiques, répartis dans deux catégories : projets visant à l'atténuation du changement climatique, projets visant à l'adaptation à ses effets. Les filtres avancés permettent d'effectuer une recherche plus précise. Les lecteurs peuvent "noter" les cas en fonction de l'utilité qu'ils leur ont attribuée dans le cadre de leur travail, partager les cas via Facebook, Twitter ou courrier électronique, contacter les auteurs et/ou les concepteurs de projet, ainsi que créer un groupe de discussion concernant un projet, une expérience ou une idée donnés.
